Meet the Artist

I’m a landscape photographer based in Kristiansand, Norway. Since 2013, I’ve specialized in capturing the natural world, though my background also includes portrait and architectural photography. I’m married to Karen, and together we have three children.

​

When I first picked up a camera, still learning the difference between shutter speed and aperture, I was drawn to the grandeur of starry skies, the northern lights, and towering mountain ranges.

But with each photo, each journey, and each passing year, I’ve grown increasingly fond of the quiet beauty — the weathered tree, the lone skerry, the fleeting moment before the light breaks through the fog.

Nature tells us stories, large and small, every second, everywhere we look. I try to capture them.
